I authorize the Town of Shelburne to mail my property tax and/or water/wastewater invoice. I understand that I will no longer receive property tax, water/wastewater invoices by e-mail and that failure to receive a property tax and/or water/wastewater invoice does not excuse me from the responsibility of payment, nor relieve me from the liability of penalty for late payments.The Town of Shelburne will mail Interim billing for Property Taxes once in January for the February and May instalment due dates. Final Billing for Property Taxes will be mailed once in July for August and October instalment dates.The Town of Shelburne will mail your bill for Water/Wastewater approximately three weeks before the due date. You will no longer receive an e-mail copy of the bill. The homeowner is responsible for contacting the Municipality with any future changes to their mailing address.
