Business License

Welcome to the Town of Shelburne's Business Licensing application, before you start you will need the following documents:

• Master Business License
• Proof of Lease agreement (if applicable) 
• Approvals from Wellington-Dufferin-Guelph Public Health applies to: personal services, regulated health professionals or institutions (beauty salons, spa’s, medical services, restaurants, cafe's, pubs etc.)
• Notice from the Shelburne Fire Department (all publicly used spaces)
• TSSA (Technical Standards and Safety Authority) certificate for Mobile Food Service Equipment (MFSE) which includes:

• Food trucks
• Chip wagons
• Coffee trucks
• Hotdog and hamburger carts
