Master Business License
Proof of Lease agreement (if applicable)
Approvals from Wellington-Dufferin-Guelph Public Health applies to: personal services, regulated health professionals or institutions (beauty salons, spa’s, medical services, restaurants, cafe's, pubs etc.)
Notice from the Shelburne Fire Department (all publicly used spaces)
TSSA (Technical Standards and Safety Authority) certificate for Mobile Food Service Equipment (MFSE) which includes:

Food trucks
Chip wagons
Coffee trucks
Hotdog and hamburger carts
